1. Which hour was most daunting for you?
Definitely around 1am.
2. Could you list a few high-interest books that you think could keep a Reader engaged for next year?
Any of the Hunger Games books…if they haven’t read them already.
3. Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Read-a-thon next year?
I thought it was great! No suggestions.
4. What do you think worked really well in this year’s Read-a-thon?
All of the min-challenges were great along with all the great prizes. Also, the cheering was fantastic! :)
5. How many books did you read?
Two for me and one with the kiddos (though we read more, there was one clear winner).
6. What were the names of the books you read?
Eat, Nap, Play by Robyn Spizman and Evelyn Sacks, The Heart Is Not A Size by Beth Kephart, and Where Teddy Bears Come From by Mark Burgess Illustrated by Russell Ayto (with the kiddos).
7. Which book did you enjoy most?
Since I didn’t read too many, I actually really enjoyed them all for different reasons.
8. Which did you enjoy least?
The first was probably the least favorite, just because it was more of an information book, not so great for read-a-thon reading.
9. If you were a Cheerleader, do you have any advice for next year’s Cheerleaders?
Just do cheerleading (at least that’s my plan) and have some cheers prepared ahead of time, that way you’re not scrambling at the last minute.
10. How likely are you to participate in the Read-a-thon again? What role would you be likely to take next time?
I’m definitely doing it again next time, I had such a blast, but I think I’ll stick to cheerleading next time. I had so much fun visiting all the sites participating and cheering everyone on, I want to focus on that next time.

Thank you again to everyone who stopped by and to everyone who participated! It was so much fun! Can’t wait to see you next time!
