A Giveaway – Arm Chair BEA Style
May 26th, 2010 by the1stdaughterTo start off today’s Arm Chair BEA excitement I thought I’d go with a my super secret extra amazing Giveaway! You have to promise not to tell anyone, but Arm Chair BEA Participants though! And in keeping with the spirit of Arm Chair BEA I will mention that it is a book I received while attending the LA Times Festival of Books a month or so ago.
After an incredible panel watching mobs of 9-12 year olds scream at authors like they were rock stars (which, actually they’re better than, see my earlier post) we headed to the author signing for the panel. Included were D.J. MacHale, author of the Pendragon and Morpehus Road Series; Gordon Korman, author of some of the 39 Clues books, Neal Shusterman, author of Everlost & Everwild; and Pseudonymous Bosch an author who refused to have his picture taken without covering his face partially because his books are very very secret.
So, here it is, the very secret giveaway from There’s A Book…
A signed paperback copy of The Name of This Book is Secret by Pseudonymous Bosch as well as a matching bookmark! (I know, it’s the bookmark you’re really excited for right? LOL.)
Details: One winner will be chosen at random after the contest closes. You MUST fill out the form below, comments will not count as entries. Only one entry per household. Must be a follower of There’s A Book. Open to any US/Canada/International entries. The giveaway will run from May 26, 2010 until May 29, 2010 midnight EST.
That’s it! If I get more than 150 Entries I may throw in an additional secret giveaway to be revealed later!

@Mardel: BEA stands for Book Expo America, it is taking pőlace right now in New York, and that’s why everyone in the book blogosphere is so excited: tons of inetersting discussion panels, author signings, lots of great books and bloggers meeting each other and publishers, authors, so you can see why everyone is in such a fernzy
Since not everyone could attend the actual BEA taking place in New York, some had the amazing idea to organize an Armchair BEA, where you don’t have to leave the comfort of your armchair and still participate in lots of funa nd exciting events.
