This is definitely a new favorite and I can’t wait to bring this book home specifically for The Turkeybird, who loves monsters at the moment. These books look like they’d be great summer reads or vacation reads for children. I to love the illustrations – especially the Lighthouse (which I’m a sucker for).

Definitely! And his illustrations are beautiful, I agree. Gotta love lighthouses, they’re my hubby’s favorites too.
I have never read anything by this author – I will definitely give these books a look! What beautiful cover illustrations!!!
