This is my second Bloggiesta and it seems like just yesterday I completed my first. Time flies! Experience has taught me though to be more concise with my goals and expectations for the amazing weekend. That way I can enjoy more of the challenges and social aspects of Bloggiesta. So, without further adieu, my list of goals for the weekend:
- Schedule at least 14 Posts.
- Post my reviews to the following sites: Goodreads, LibraryThing, Indiebound, Amazon, Kidlitosphere, Book Army, B&N, etc.
- Set up a Calendar on Google. Done!
- Organize my Author Interviews & Websites into a separate page.
- Gather a List of Bloggers I love and post a separate page.
- Create a Book News Page.
- Create an Awards Page.
Good luck to everyone involved! Make sure to enjoy some fantastic food, cross off some goals, and enjoy the great company! I’ll see you around!
Make sure to check out my past Bloggiesta Mini-Challenge: It’s Not Cheating, for those of you in need of a “back-up” list, it’s perfect!
Also, for those of you wondering, what in the heck is Bloggiesta? It’s basically a weekend long event that bloggers (primarily book bloggers, but anyone can really) join together to focus on “sprucing-up” their blogs. It could be anything from adding buttons, writing posts, requesting guest posts or cleaning up tags & categories. Truly, the sky is the limit and it’s all about your blog for an entire weekend. I think that is probably great advice: have a clear list of goals in mind so that you have plenty of time to enjoy the social parts of Bloggiesta. That aspect of it is what I’m most looking forward to! This is my first time participating and I’m very excited about it
The social part is one of the best parts! SO fun! Last time I think I had way too many tasks and got a bit scattered, so I thought I’d streamline things. Have fun!
Oooh! I love the idea of gathering up a list of bloggers you love. I think I may steal that myself!
You should! I’ve been wanting to for awhile. Good luck and see you around!
This is a great to-do list! I may have to ‘steal’ some of these items for my own
I won’t be able to join in the fun until I get off of work tomorrow night but I am really looking forward to jumping in on all of the action! Good luck!
I can’t wait to see you around! Have so much fun and go right ahead and steal away!
What a great list! Good luck on posting all of your reviews to those sites. I have to admit I gave up on BN.com. Their form to post reviews just took way too much time for me and I have a short attention span
LOL! I haven’t tried too much with BN.com so we’ll see how that goes, I may just settle for the ones I know pretty well and going from there. Thanks so much!
I’ll be missing this, but you have fun and good luck!
I am starting when I get home tonight! Which is perfect because I can make a list of all the wonderful things ya’ll accomplish today!
This is my 2nd Bloggiesta! too!
Good luck!
Best of luck! Your list looks great.
Good luck..I hope that you’re able to get a lot accomplished.

Lots of things to check off on your list there but good luck with that! I have a bunch of those very same things to do myself. Happy Bloggiesta!
Good luck with all of your goals! Glad to see you’re off to a good start!
What a good idea to set up a calendar on Google! I may have to try that. Have fun with Bloggiesta!
Nice list! Your blog background is very cute. Hope you have a productive weekend!
Love the blog background!! This is my first time visiting here and am having fun searching your blog.
Good luck getting your items crossed off your list. You reminded me that I have a couple of Amazon reviews that I promised to do too!!!
Happy Bloggiesta!!
Came by to see how you were doing and cheer for you!
I am leaving for dinner soon so didnt want to start another project – blog visiting instead
Fab list you have there. Good luck to you. ;D
I don’t think I’ve ever heard of Indiebound I’ll have to check it out.
