There's A Book

It’s Banned Books Week! I’m not sure it’s appropriate to celebrate, but anytime we get to talk about wonderful books is an excellent opportunity to celebrate…so why not?

I’m continually shocked to find some of my favorite books on the lists of Challenged and Banned books each year. To think that someone would deny another person the opportunity of reading a book that could potentially help them is devastating. Thankfully we live in a world full of people who support and recognize the error of banning books. We bring to light books that help others move forward and find peace. It’s wonderful!

In celebration of the week I’m participating in the Banned Books Week Giveaway Hop and will also be highlighting a few of my favorites throughout the week. Until then, here are just a few of my favorites!

Up for grabs during this giveaway…one copy of each of the following two books with a total of two winners! Make sure to stop by I Am A Reader, Not A Writer for a link-up of the over 250 participants and to enter their giveaways as well. Good luck!

Also, be sure to check out my Giveaways Page as I currently have quite a few other giveaways going on!
