Just Floating In: BBAW 2011 Short Lists Are Announced!

Each year around this time book bloggers around the globe celebrate the annual Book Blogger Appreciation Week. This year the festivities will happen from September 12th – 16th and I can hardly wait! During the week there will be activities including blogger interview swaps, memes, guest posts, daily topics to write about, giveaways and much more!

Part of the week also includes celebrating our favorite book blogs. Last year I was humbled by being nominated for both Best New Book Blog and Best Kidlit Book Blog. During the week last year I discovered I was chosen to win the Kidlit category and was completely blown away. This year I’ve had the opportunity to be on the receiving end of yet another wonderful set of nominations and I can’t say thank you enough! My readers are the very best and it’s because of you I’ve even been nominated for so many wonderful categories this year in the long lists:
