There's A Book

Dinosoaring by Deb Lund and Illustrated by Howard Fine

These daring dinosaurs have conquered land and sea-now they’re ready for the sky!

But to get airborne, they need a plan. They dinoblow. They run, push, leap, flap-and take flight! The sky becomes their stage, as they join an air show. Zipping and zooming and dancing on wings, the dinos are soon upside down and dinosick! They decide to bail, hoping their dinochutes will work. They dino-do!

In this exuberant follow up to Dinosailors and All Aboard the Dinotrain, the rollicking rhymes and paintings of reckless reptiles are dinofabulous.

Dinosoaring is the third in the Dinosaur series by Deb Lund which came out just last month. This is a series of picture books that young dino fans absolutely adore and will no doubt be asking to read the entire collection. Does it get much more fun than dinosaurs that ride trains, sail boats or fly airplanes? This is definitely a series the Turkeybird is looking forward to reading all the way through!

Take a look at the other two in the series:

YES! More great dinosaur books. We just read Dinotrux and Dino Pets go to School which we loved (my 7 year old son and I). These look great too! Thanks for posting on such great stuff day in and day out. Your blog rocks!

Hmm, I suppose the hard time believing aspect of my thoughts is dinosaurs on a plane….can you imagine how BIG and heavy that plane must be to lift those none-so-tiny guys? *-* Sounds like this series is filled with quite a bit of imagination…
