There's A Book

Truth be told I’m not at all a fan of celebrity picture books, but this is one I can wrap my head around for a couple of reasons. The first being that Ellen is involved and the second the two little girls that are the focus of this very fun little book.

Tea Time with Sophia Grace and RosieA little bit about this adorable and fun picture book:

TEA TIME WITH SOPHIA GRACE AND ROSIE is the perfect book for you and your daughter to share! Sophia Grace and Rosie share all the proper tips for hosting the perfect princess tea party! The totally sweet book is based on the adorable cousins who quickly became YouTube sensations after appearing on the ELLEN show numerous times. Sophia Grace and Rosie have resonated with large audiences by dressing up in pink tutus and living out young girls’ princess fantasies!

Haven’t heard of Sophia Grace and Rosie? I’m guessing you don’t turn on the TV much, but in case you haven’t take a look at these videos to get a feel for these hilarious and adorable little girls:

There are so many picture books that I love – but I think one of my all time favorites would be a series of picture books based on Stanley, a dog. In fact, one in particular is pretty good – Stanley’s Party by Linda Bailey. Stanley goes from sneaking up on the couch when his people are gone to throwing a huge dog party that becomes out of control… Love the book! Funny to read and I’ve always had big laughs from each class that I’ve read the book to. 🙂

This looks like a great book for grandchildren, children, a library or a classroom. Thanks for hosting this giveaway. 🙂 I’ve seen these two cute girls in action on the Ellen Show, and it’s so cute the way the oldest one carries the act and yet allows her sister her space and spotlight. The times I’ve seen them, I’ve been impressed with the way the oldest one respects the younger sis, and they have such happy smiles. So many giggles and laughs accompany interviews with them. A happy duo that never fails to bring a smile to my face. 🙂

Hmm…admittedly I was skeptical about this one as I actually find the little girls a wee bit “much” though totally adorable; sounds like the book matches closer with the later description though. Definitely a plus. Thanks for the share and good luck everyone!

Pink and frilly? Always a win at our house! We’re into Fancy Nancy right now, and my preschooler is all about throwing a tea party for her other 3/4 yo friends.

  9. Susanne says:

Any photography book! Enjoy any cookies!

  10. Catherine says:

For a tea party treat it would have to be pancakes with apple sauce. It is very difficult to think of a favourite picture book as I would leave so many good ones out!

I came across your beautiful blog quite by accident, I’ll be back to have another browse 🙂
